placed order for pens; they leaked and I sent 30 pens back, waiting, then you sent the same defective pens. The second time I called and the girl assured me a refund was coming and I could just trash the pens or whatever. I called later in the day because I noticed the shoddy customer service, then the second girl, who would not give her name, was giving me grief and stalling my refund, now wanting more pens to be sent back. I was disgusted after so much wasted time and aggravation, and just demanded my money back. She hung up the phone. I called again and spoke to another girl , and again after that, and I just want my refund and no more trouble. Please have a MANAGER CALL ME to discuss this. Thank You
