Absolutely the shadiest customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order for $86.50. I never received a confirmation email or an order number but my bank account was immediately charged. When I logged on to my account to check the status of my order, it said I had no order history. I sent three emails to the company, no response. A few weeks of waiting for my order, I finally called. The first agent hung up on me. The second agent said my order was out of stock and gave me a refund. I waited 10 days and no refund so I called again. The third agent said if my order wasn’t fulfilled then the transaction would’ve been a pending charge that eventually fell off. Which I knew was a lie so I called my bank and they confirmed that I was indeed charged for the $86.50. I then had to call National Pen for the fourth time and spoke to someone who actually used a refund which I received that same day. DO NOT order from this company.
