After speaking with rep and confirming delivery within 14 days, i followed up on day 13. I received the following reply:
“ I checked with my production team who advised that the Black Barrel, Black Ink Pens are Out of Stock.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Alternatives were considered; however, the delivery date would still not be met.
I hope you are able to get it done locally.”
