I wish I could give minus 100 stars. A loyal customer but company doesnt care. They made me commit for 200 pens and then sent 2 consignments of 100 pens each and charged me double handling, postage and design charges. Secondly, both pens had different tips. When I called my account manager Rhy Mejri - she tells me there is nothing I can do.
PLEASE THINK MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE BUYING OR COMMITING TO THIS COMPANY.
