I ordered wall calendars and envelopes to send out to my clients. I received the Wall calendars but did not receive the envelopes so I was unable to mail these calendars out to clients as planned. I called and spoke to a customer service rep who worked with me by giving me a discount and sending out some envelopes at no charge. I received the envelopes and they were the wrong size. I was once again disappointed and called the company. I spoke to another representative that was out of the country and I mention this because I feel they haven't been given the authority to approve any discounts or approval to adjust any balance due to $0. They also did not receive clearance to send me the correct item at no charge. I was given a ticket number and was told that it could take up to 48 hours for a supervisor to get in touch with me. I've used this company for several years. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service and resolution dept.
