Bait and switch. Sample pen sent in the mail was a good example. After placing the
order, it arrived. Pens were not the quality expected, rough pen points, very little ink and logo is faint. The ink only lasted one day.
I recommend spending a little more money with a storefront business and face to face transaction for good customer service. I wish I followed my own advice this time.
