I'm a writer and I write all my first drafts by hand. A writer needs the best tools to work with -- and the National Pen Company makes the best. Their pens are the John Deeres, the Ferraries, the Louisville Sluggers of ballpoints! BUT. Their website's online order CART sucks eggs. I ordered the Paragon model ballpoint with blue ink and multi-colored barrels. What I got instead was pens with black ink and silver barrels. And no backsies. A silver barreled pen is no good because you can't see my imprint, and black ink is no good for signing most legal documents. I'm now being billed for $100.81 for pens that I can't use and didn't order.
