DO NOT ORDER FROM NATIONAL PEN
Unfortunately, shame on me for not reading these reviews before I placed my order for pens needed for an upcoming trade show on Apirl 5 and today is May 3. My order was delivered to the wrong location by USPS and no one can help me. I placed a new order, but they told me no way will they rush my order. I also sent an email to CEO with no response. This only shows that they do not care about a new client. Not a good experience.
