This company is a fraud. They create a false advertisement in their website promoting products and services that they cannot offer to the customer.
Her website is designed to avoid what the customer is looking for; please pay attention to the scam.
The ink color of their pens is not show during the order process. The customer service knowing our disappointment have always tried to justify their own website mistakes.
