It should be a negative one star. Over the last few years their customer service and ability to do the job has declined. This year it crashed. 1) left voice message to call me to order my cards - no call back. 2) website is not user friendly. 3) finally ordered my cards but they sent them to an address not on my file. 4) finally got cards but they were not mine. 5) no one at the company knows what they are doing or if I even have an order of cards coming. One person told me they put a rush on it but others don't know a thing. This is a business about to close due to poor customer service and inability to do a simple job.
