Let’s just say that the quality of the item is good, but as repeatedly stated, the customer service needs help.
I placed an order for a variety of colors and received the extra fall colors as said variety. Now we are a foundation that uses these pens to get our name out into the public. green and orange, the ugliest colors, aren’t going to do. And do not make a variety.
Emailed customer service to return the items and was told no. Now I refuse to pay the bill and the pens are sitting in the same box waiting for resolve
