Previous problem calendars and pens arrived 25% broken. The problem was sorted and replacements were sent.
This time I ordered a batch of promotional white pens, good quality reasonable price ( expensive) delivery. Unfortunately, my business name and telephone number were printed in white and are useless as you cannot read the name. I was instructed to photograph the pens! All they had to do was look at the pens. Unresolved.
