This is my 2nd order from you. I am so unhappy with my order. All the pens that I received on my 2nd order will not write... The ink comes out in the beginning, but shortly fades and you cannot see the ink.... I have all these pens left and they don't work. Here I was telling everyone I have given one too, that these were great pens.....
How embarrassing this is...... Is there any way you can send me more black ink cartridges? I would truly appreciate it. Thanks, Georgia Anderson dba Morehead Farm.
