We ordered a couple of times in the past and everything was fine. But then we ordered 2500 water bottles and pre-paid in full for the product and the shipping. When the product was delivered the shipping company wanted us to pay $1000 and we said no and showed our receipt that covered shipping. Shipping company took the product back. Pens.com apologized and said we were right and they would re-ship. They never did. Spoke to them half a dozen times over the next few weeks and all we receive was apologizes and excuses. We never received the product and will now have to sue them or write it off.
