They have reached the highs where no other company has gone for customer services. They sent me invoice for 0 product (so nothing is bought) but shipping and tax on shipping cost is $18.99 + $1.14 (not sure if you can charge sales tax on shipping fees). My total bill is $20.13 for NOT buying anything. I called customer service for billing and he asked how do you want to pay the total amount of $20.13!!!!!
FTC.gov needs to check on this company for cheating.
