I received my order and bill mid March and logged into their website to pay my bill mid April and there’s a $25 late charge. I contacted the company and since I paid my bill they won’t do anything, I even ask about a credit to my account...no.
During this pandemic I would have thought they were trying to help small businesses as they claim..
