I made an order back in March and was told was going to take a couple months so I cancelled. I reordered in June, saw my logo from previous order so reordered, I paid the setup fee for the logo, and when the pens arrived they had no logo, just a phone number. I called a couple times to return the pens so they could add the logo, they kept telling me not to return until their customer care called me. So I called again and again. Finally got someone who told me the order was right and that all they could do was give me a 10% discount for the next order. WTH!! What a joke!! $200 down the tubes. I filed BBB complaint and will never use them again.
