I have ordered from this company multiple times. However on my last order they made a mistake. Instead of .com they put .cpm
My account manager told me she would get back to me within 48 hours. Did not hear anything for 2 weeks. I got another call from a different account manager who stated this was the first she heard of it and would get back to me in 48 hours. 1 week later I get an email asking for pictures of pens. I sent them to her immediately. She offered me 15% off a new order. They messed up 500 pens and offer me 15% off a new order?! No thank you.
Why should I have to pay for your mistake??
