Unfortunately delivery did not come as indicated The items were smashed The phone lines are not manned E mails are not answered All in all it seems this company is clearly in trouble and not able to provide the service that should be expected I will be contacting my credit card company but am not sure this falls in their remit I blame myself for not reading the reviews and not doing my homework thoroughly. A lesson to be learnt here, on further investigation it appears that this company has some serious issues which may not be resolved. Why are companies allowed to trade if they provide such poor customer service So quick to take your money and although I will pursue a refund I am sure this will not be forthcoming. So upsetting that people can treat customers like this
