Terrible company. Delivery is completely unaccountable and random and customer service almost impossible to get in touch with. I recommend avoiding.

After reading very mixed reviews I was cautious but went ahead as I liked the dining chairs.Had an email telling me delivery day and time but they didn’t come that day, I was panicking! Email came next morning and they arrived, very pleasant delivery man and chairs are great.3 days from purchase to delivery, impressive.

Hopeless delivery. Have waited a month now for my order. Keep getting told they’ll “look into it”. Never arrives. So many promises now I’m wondering if it’s actually a scam?

Ordered a beautiful mango wood fruit bowl. Delivery was quoted as 6 weeks, but it arrived in 4 days. Brilliant!

Poor customer service, still waiting for my order. 1 Ordered a lovely looking chaise sofa at the start of October advertised with free delivery dispatched in 6-8 weeks and paid in full. Despite it being nearly 9 weeks now, I still have not been given a dispatch date (or even an estimated one). Emailed customer service a little while ago just to get an idea of when to expect dispatch and they were vague at best. Impossible to get through to someone on the phone. Once again waiting for email customer service to get back to me. I managed to get through to speak to customer service but they don't have any details their end so are going to speak to the warehouse and get back to me that afternoon. Customer service replied that afternoon to tell me: "We have just been made aware that the completed item has unfortunately been damaged during transit and, as a result, we will need to raise a new order for you. This replacement will take approximately 6-8 weeks. I do really apologise for this delay. By means of an apology, we would like to offer you a 15% partial refund on this." I confirmed that I still wanted the sofa and they did indeed refund me the 15%. Roll on end of January and I had heard nothing despite the 8 weeks being nearly up. So, I emailed to enquire when the sofa would be dispatched. I was told that they would contact the warehouse and let me know. 6 days later and I've still heard nothing back and have sent another email to chase. It is very frustrating that Perch and Parow do not initiate any contact with customers even when their order has been damaged and passed the dispatch estimate. I wonder if I hadn't got in contact, would I have ever been told that my fully paid for sofa had been damaged? Who knows If I will ever get this long awaited Sofa.

As other customers have said, have consistently lied about delivery and a bed which has taken months to arrive.

I ordered and paid for a bedroom dresser and 2 bedside tables in August. The whole experience has been a nightmare with zero for customer service. They've been using Covid-19 as an excuse not to even answer their phones!!! They delivered the items separately early Nov (with no advise and weeks apart), but we couldn't open the drawers in the dresser. We tried to contact them and received no response by Phone or email. Eventually, an email arrived to advise they would replace the faulty dresser. The new dresser arrived and it looks like it's been dropped but with no damage to the packaging. Once again we start the merry dance of zero response to our emails or phone calls and with a damaged dresser blocking our hallway. If you need to order expensive furniture, then don't bother with P&P!

Avoid at all costs. Never answer the phone or reply to emails. I have been stuck with a chair unable to return for a month

Wardrobe (GBP1200 worth) turned up (in 3 boxes) one week late. One box had been dropped and the wooden crest at the front top, was in 3 pieces, snapped off. I contacted Perch & Parrow, sending photos, and have cancelled the order & asked for collection. As of now, no-one from Perch & Parrow has made any effort to contact me, just automatic response emails. Their Customer Service number which they advertise (0208 629 1166), is permanently busy, and an automated voice message asks you to send an e-mail. It is impossible to talk to them. Extremely poor process & organisation.

I purchased a marble table and chairs. Table was OK, but the chairs are dreadful. I had to get them replaced 3 times and the replacements themselves were broken. You couldn't make it up. I would have serious reservations about dealing with this company.

They buy furniture that can be found cheaper elsewhere, take different pictures, call it a different name and charge a lot more money (then deliver it in a box with the original name all over it!!!). They also use a delivery company that is impossible to get hold of.... Look elsewhere before you choose to buy with Perch and Parrow...

I ordered a pouffee/ ottoman paid the money and I had to contact them as I heard nothing I was fobbed of with Email after Email then to be told that delivery won’t be until 5 th July but they are still advertising this. I mentioned this on instagram and they took my post down its now saying available from the 11th of July so obviously another lie on Friday I was told I would be refunded my money oh another lie surprise surprise I Emailed again but have not had a reply i have raised the issue with my bank who have also advised me to search companies house and contact the directors as it’s clear nothing is going to be resolved with the people I am dealing with how disgusting that a company thinks it can treat people like this I’m just sorry I didn’t: read the revolting reviews before I gave them my money

First of all, it's a huge shame that I am having to write this review as the first items that I ordered from this company (a pair of bar stools) were great and delivered in good time. Buoyed from a positive first experience, I subsequently went ahead and ordered a coffee table and matching side table, the side table arrived quickly, the coffee table then arrived two weeks later and it was damaged (bent frame and a chip in the glass). No one's fault and these things do happen, so I called Perch and Parrow customer service, spoke to a helpful person who said that she would 'order a new table in but we may have to wait a few weeks,' annoying but again, understandable. I also was told that the 'damaged table would be picked up at the same time as the new one is delivered'. One early Saturday morning, a couple of weeks later, the doorbell rang and two delivery men were outside to 'collect the damaged table. As there was no sign of a new table and we hadn't been prior warned by Perch and Parrow that they would be arriving (they could have been any random person), I had no choice but to send them away. I had been very patient up to this point but the situation was starting to be a bit of an inconvenience for me. I then subsequently contacted Perch and Parrow again to explain what happened, after some days I received a response to say that the protocol was now - 'the new table would be delivered and a separate delivery would be made to collect the damaged table after this'...fine. A few weeks later, the new coffee table was delivered, and it was more damaged that the first one, one of the legs was bent out of shape, not what you would expect for a £400 table. I tried to contact Perch and Parrow via phone and email (several times) for several days, with no response. The end result is that after 2 months, we are now in possession of two of their damaged tables, both within their huge boxes, which according to their t's & c's, we cant dispose of...one of our bedrooms resembles a Perch and Parrow storage unit! The most frustrating part of this all is that i now have to sit down, spend yet more time on communication with this company and write this review as I know it is the only way that that I will get a response out of them...if you are reading this email, don't be like me and waste hours trying to deal with this company, just don't order from them in the first place...

I have received excellent service from Perch and Parrow.. despite other people’s negative comments. I ordered a bamboo coffee table and it was absolutely lovely but it was too dark to blend with my other bamboo items. I asked to send it back the following working day it was collected and two days later it was refunded. Will definitely buy from them again, I’m just sorry that the item wasn’t quite right this time .

Avoid these jokers! Avoid these jokers! I’ve had a bed on order with them since September! Delivery has been moved 4 times, Nov, Dec, late Dec, now late Jan! Hilariously offered me 10% discount of FUTURE business!! On complaining I was offered a discount. I’ve since pushed for a delivery date. No reply. Called them 5 or 6 times but never get through. The phone system leaves you listening to music for almost exactly 10min and then cuts you off. I’m not insisting on a full refund! I’m expecting bad things. I don’t hold up any hope. Avoid these guys if you value your money and good customer service. *there is a really good chance that these guys are actually a scam.

I ordered a bed and large mirror on the 8th of October and am still waiting for any kind of confirmation that they are ever going to deliver it. We were told initially that it was our fault as the ID photo was missing from our finance application, which had delayed them dispatching the items ( no one got in contact to tell me this it was only when I enquired as to where my order was that I was told this. You’d think if something was missing off a £1300 order the first thing you would do as a company would be tell your customer so you could get there order off them!) as far as I’m concerned this was a delaying tactic as we changed nothing on our application and it magically was fine on the day after I enquired, this excuse was almost 2 weeks ago now and I’m still yet to hear anything regarding delivery. The last I heard from this company was last Monday the 28th of October where I was promised that someone would call me by the end of the week to book in delivery with me and that because I had been waiting a while for delivery my order would be ‘fast tracked’ through. I have since sent multiple emails and calls however I cannot get through to anybody. Goodness knows whether I will ever receive the items. I feel truly let down as a customer by them and am so frustrated that they feel it is ok to waste peoples time after these people are investing money and trust in them. It seems they are very good at replying to there negative comments on here, perhaps that is why they cannot answer emails they are too busy doing damage limitation. I just hope my review helps future customers of Perch and Parrow and makes them aware that this company’s products look great but everything else is shambolic.

Very nearly gave up all hope of ever returning my unwanted product and getting a refund from Perch & Parrow. However, just now, after 4 weeks of grappling with their AWFUL courier company XDP, along with P&P's unmanned telephone line and patchy email-responses - I finally got through to a human-being. Please note this was only after continually calling and waiting on the telephone line for several days. (I dread to think what my phone bill will look like). On the positive side: P&P have promised to issue a refund - so I am at last satisfied. I can confidently say that they are NOT a scam operation. Just very disorganised I think.
