"Wardrobe (GBP1200 worth) turned up (in 3 boxes) one week late. One box had been dropped and the wooden crest at the front top, was in 3 pieces, snapped off. I contacted Perch & Parrow, sending photos, and have cancelled the order & asked for collection. As of now, no-one from Perch & Parrow has made any effort to contact me, just automatic response emails. Their Customer Service number which they advertise (0208 629 1166), is permanently busy, and an automated voice message asks you to send an e-mail. It is impossible to talk to them. Extremely poor process & organisation.\n\n"

"I purchased a marble table and chairs. Table was OK, but the chairs are dreadful. I had to get them replaced 3 times and the replacements themselves were broken. You couldn't make it up. I would have serious reservations about dealing with this company. "
