Photobox failed to print photos
Photobox failed to print requested retro style photos, delayed and delayed and provided no updates. When contacting customer service, I was told they needed to contact the factory and couldn't provide any update for another 48 hours. There seems to be issue at their factory at the moment but it is unfair that they are still taking people's money despite this.
