Jason was wonderful to deal with and made the process so very easy. One thing that was a little dissatisfying was the length of time it took to get any information back after first requesting the policy (almost 2 months). I do believe however this was due to holidays (requested right before Christmas), so assumingly this was not specifically anyone's fault.
