It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Brandon Chow in purchasing my annual travel medical emergency insurance policy. He was knowledgable, professional and informative. He patiently walked me through the process demonstrating a keen abililty to explain the pros and cons of the various options available. In the end I was very comfortable with the choice I made.
