The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Bag packed at checkout by a till operator distracted by a supervisor, no option to pack yourself, goods just thrown in!
Opened the bag to find a whole bottle of shower gel over all items in one bag.
Several phone calls to store & head office plus a store visit resulted in a very bad attitude by all staff I spoke to & told to wash or wipe damaged goods, no refund.
Appalled is an understatement!!
