I wanted a straight exchange for a larger size pair of jeans, I had no receipt, a supervisor told me I could not exchange the jeans, cashier was laughing at me in my distress, I had to wait to speak to manager for 40 minutes as she was on her break, (still in the building) .
2 minutes of her time would have saved me a lot of distress, fellow customers could not understand the attitude of 2 supervisors, and have gone onto Twitter and other public platforms, as will I.
