We went into the ripley store recently, when my elderly mother had forgotten her purse, the young boy on the till pulled out his bank card and payed for my mother's shopping, we went back later to pay the boy back in which he refused, lovely lovely lad, very polite with good manners.
The manager there tall man, very rude, no customer service skills, was bullying the lad, well done lad for biting your tongue,you deserve better
