Just shopped in Harringey store, untrained mysterious shopper/ security followed me only to get a taste of their own medicine. Surely you can spend some £££ and train your security to be professional at their job. Not everyone goes to poundland for shoplifting. It was not only uncomfortable being followed around the store but also seeing how uncomfortable they felt when the table turned. Not everyone walks in your stores has shoplifting intention, we can’t do without you and can’t either without us the consumers. So lets work together, get professionally trained securities and give consumers a nice atmosphere to shop before you pack it in for real.
