I am very disappointed with the way Proswimwear is handling my refund, they deducted my debit card 3 times for the same purchase of a swimsuit. I wrote to them pointing out this and they responded acknowledging the error and promised to refund me within 3-5working days, this was on 25 October but upto now nothing has come through.
I have written several emails but no one responds to my email. I have also sent a message on their Facebook page but no response again.
I am very disappointed to learn from other reviews that this is actually a habit of theirs not to action client’s issues. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
