Quickmobile are thieves! They send a product, make you agree their terms and conditions, where they mention a 3rd party for their return process, they collect the item, then one week later, this 3rd party, a bunch of scammers, send an email that the product was returned "damaged" and "non-conform"! When I returned it as I got it, after trying it and concluding that the battery was only lasting 2 hrs, when they were advertising 5-6 hrs for a gaming phone! They now try to add costs on me for their made-up damage! I had to complain to consumer protection and hope this solves this situation! This company is a scam and they are cheaters!!!! They contact you on the phone when you place the order, then they are dismissing you and only reply robotically by email!!!!
