“Horrible experience, They make false promises on their website. No one came to pick up in 24 hrs, and later someone after 3 days reached out to me on whatsapp asking for my address when I have already provided the same over the website and mentioned that will come to pickup that day. Asked for phone photos from me, and started saying that will come to pickup after 3 days. This is a fraud company.”

“After accepting on their website to purchase Motorola smartphone and after confirming on phone that the handset will be picked up, they refused to pickup the same. They have audacity to to tell on phone that they don't buy Motorola phones. They are wasting their own and our time. They may be using the data for fraudulent purposes. It is a fraud & fake website.”

“Quickmobile are thieves! They send a product, make you agree their terms and conditions, where they mention a 3rd party for their return process, they collect the item, then one week later, this 3rd party, a bunch of scammers, send an email that the product was returned "damaged" and "non-conform"! When I returned it as I got it, after trying it and concluding that the battery was only lasting 2 hrs, when they were advertising 5-6 hrs for a gaming phone! They now try to add costs on me for their made-up damage! I had to complain to consumer protection and hope this solves this situation! This company is a scam and they are cheaters!!!! They contact you on the phone when you place the order, then they are dismissing you and only reply robotically by email!!!!”

“After 6 months, the dislpay broke down. They refused to repair my phone under warranty and told me that I put water in it. The consumer protection fined them 6,000 RON, but they still didn't want to do anything, they even sent it back to me after a lot of insistence and the call of a lawyer, still broken, and scratched on the back (from them).”

“I’ve had no issue with this company at all. Granted the phone didn’t arrive within 7 working days but when I emailed them they responded quickly and despatched the order that day. The phone is an I phone X 256GB and it’s in pristine condition. Thanks, I am genuinely very happy with it.”

“Order ID200232 I ordered a secondhand phone. It took 2 weeks to arrive and was faulty. I sent back and am still waiting for a refund 3 months later despite numerous promises of repayment. Do Not Use!!!”

“Disappointed that I ordered a reconditioned iPhone 5 from the company on 2/7/18. Despite website advertising 5-7 working days delivery AND POSSIBLY SOONER I am still without a phone on 19/7/18 and no information as to when delivery will take place. Email sent yesterday not acknowledged. Very disappointed and inconvenienced by poor service.”
