A woman named Donna (said they don't reveal their surnames) phoned me today from QVC UK and said I had removed the toothbrushes from the unit before returning. I told her I had not, and she said my account would be suspended for 28 days, so I agreed to pay £60 as I buy a lot from QVC UK and can't get out to shop due to my age and health. However, Donna said my account would still be suspended for 28 days, so I said then I wouldn't pay the £60, and she said, as you have already agreed to the payment, we will still take the money from your account.
