Placed an order for a high value item on 5th May. Still not arrived- raised dispute after 7 days. Tracking clearly says it’s with the delivery company. Had to complete form to say I’ve not received it, which I returned to the address given but was then told it had gone to the wrong department. So I’m still waiting for the carrier to complete their investigation before I can have my refund!!!
Ordered some garden lights on 20th May. Received a notification that they’d be delivered on 23rd. At 4pm on 23rd received a notification that they couldn’t be delivered that day. After waiting a week, I telephoned QVC to be told they’d chase it up. Lights delivered to a “safe place” four days later. Photo of the safe place was my doorstep!!!
Ordered another high value item- received an email to say it’d be delivered today. Took the afternoon off to be sure it wouldn’t go missing. Just received an email to say it couldn’t be delivered today and a photo of a random fence that’s certainly nowhere near my house. So it may turn up tomorrow or i may spend at least another month chasing a refund and getting more and more frustrated.

“Have shopped with QVC since the very beginning.. dread to think how much I've spent over the years..lol... I would say I've kept 98% of my purchases...If I have returned anything ,I've had no problem with the refund put back into my bank account within days...”
“My email account is linked to someone else’s account. I have asked a couple of time to have them fix this. Big shocker they didn’t! I don’t even live in the UK so it’s not like I can call them to sort this out! The only email response from customer service was an email that the issue was resolved.”

£50 for a poor performing plant is unacceptable in anyone's book so due to often similar experiences over several years I have decided not to make any future purchases with them for ANYTHING.”
