Think the presenters are on commission as they repeat themselves over & over again about how beautiful & fantastic everything is and such amazing value. Refunds very slow postage way too expensive & have to pay for returns have stopped watching

I've been a QVC customer since the start but I now feel they are only selling the big names brands with big prices. I am now extremely annoyed with presenters butting in and chatting with their views in the middle of presentations, I want to hear about the products not the presenters! I am now extremely disappointed that QVC UK are no longer supplying Homeworx candles. They had to get rid of Yankee due to all the complaints and then brought in Homeworx which are great but I now found out this week that they will no longer be supplying them anymore. I certainly will be shopping elsewhere nowadays as QVC are certainly not the same now, the Quality has gone, Value has certainly gone so only left with Convenience sorry QVC you've become too big for your boots and certainly not thinking of your long time customers anymore!

Tell Debbie we are fed up with the groaning plates of grub in her photos , Qvc is a great shopping channel but please let’s just view the items and decide whether to purchase . Preferred the days of no blogs . On another note - the refund system is really fast - appreciate that .

Loved QVC at one time now every time I return something it’s going missing. Waited 5/6 weeks for a refund last time only for it to happen again 3 days after receiving the first refund. 3 weeks in and still no resolution. Poor.

I was so disappointed with the cozzee home heated blanket. It was as light as a feather … took ages to warm up ..for the price …definitely not worth it. I am going to have to shop around for an alternative My niece got a snuggle hooded throw last year from cozzee home which weighs so much heavier … heats in no time toastie… was more pensive but worth the extra money. ..At 55 pounds this throw is worthless to me.

I like QVC and the deals they have but PLEASE get rid of Jill, one of your presenters. She is SO irritating, talks over EVERYONE who is trying to sell their products, talks about herself all the time. It is VERY off putting. Otherwise i LOVE QVC and all the deals you do.

Delivery took too long. Postage expensive. Example Nikki and Me jewellery on her website £2.98, QVC is £4.95 or £5.95. Therefore I no longer buy from QVC. I miss the old brands too. Suarti, Links of London, Lee Sands, Cindy Marr, Yong Kim fashion to name but a few.

Please tell Julia to get her hair cut, at least to the shoulders,heavily coloured too dark, very ageing.Please calm Chloe down acts like a market trader.Ruth and Jaqui horrendous on together, childish, and we dont want to listen to customers messages,when they are ill, on holiday,sending photos of dogs, kids etc.Very un proffesional now, as 2 people on usually talki ng over each other.

QVC has gotten so bad with Delivery I will never order from them again I have been waiting a month for a pair of Susan Graver pants and then I ordered a Susan Graver jacket when it came it look like a rag that somebody mop the floor with it was garbage for the price I paid QVC quality has gotten very bad especially denim and Company. Their jeans have gotten horribly small for the sizing they’re terrible. Their tops are like rags now I will never order from them again they have gone downhill so bad and the holes are so phony.

Qvc have become a very greedy company, who I rarely buy from these days and watch for comedy value. I was interested in buying two pairs of trousers, different colours, of course until I saw they wanted 10p short of £10 for delivery, I didn't buy on principle. Watching a Kelly Hoppen show noticed they were selling a floor lamp @ 4.95 p&p, go figure that 🤷‍♀️ it doesn't make sense.

Just tried the Richard Jackson weed killer that is sold with the small sprayer, the sprayer is very good, but the weed killer is a total waste of time, mixed and applied it as per bottle instructions, have waited 48 hours now since applying and NOT A SIGN OF ANYTHING HAPPENING TO THE WEEDS, as I would like to keep the sprayer item am not able to ask for a refund after it would be returned, so will use it when making my own weed killer as per the videos on YOUTUBE, have a look at them and save yourself some of your hard earned cash

my order has finally arrived from Thompson & Morgan, what a let down. I open the box and found two pots with two dead twigs.l have since read the reviews this firm,had l done before l would never have placed an order.I would advise you to read them as they are a let down to the good name QVC. l have planted them fingers crossed
