I was a customer with QVC for almost 30 years and happy with the shopping experience. The presenters sold the clothing on the basis of buy it, get it home, try it wear it and if you are not happy for whatever reason return it. Last year I had to return some clothing as it was not suitable because of design, shape, material, quality etc. I received a letter from QVC saying I was returning too many products and if I didn’t change my shopping habits they would close my account. What an insult after all those years and the amount of money I have spent. I complained and received a call from the CEO’s office in which my complaint just fell on deaf ears. The caller just went on and on about sizing and getting it right - hardly any of my returns were due to sizing but he didn’t listen. After all this I decided to close my account, I had really had enough of being treated so poorly by this company. I will never shop with them again. Truly awful customer service these days from them. ☹️

I purchased block blitz outside cleaner. This product does not do what it says and also has lifted the paint from my decking which was perfectly sound until I applied the block blitz where you could see it the very next day peeling off. It doesn't work either on the drive and block paving where it has just left stains. I rang QVC and because I have used it all except for one bag they have refused me a refund. The product doesn't work so therefore I am not satisfied with it, how else are you supposed to know if it has worked only by using it. VERY ANGRY. QVC says try it if you're not satisfied get a full refund?? Not the case they have refused me a refund because I have used most of it ?? Very Disappointed customer.

Leaving 1 star, as i was assured from qvc this price was a bargain @£69.96 + p&p. so i bought 2. I had them professionally installed at a cost, set up an account with tapo but little did i know tapo at the time was selling alot cheaper, (£89.98 for a twin pack). so i took this up with qvc, they just said we don't do a price match just send the camera's back for a full refund, by this point it would of cost me more to have then taken down to send back, i will be more careful in the future when buying from qvc, thats if i ever use them again! Plus one of the camera's has a problem with micro sd reader, sometimes unreadable or no sd card inserted (ive used 2 compatible cards) but still getting errors, only way to sort this is to power down camera and restart, works fine for a bit. (You only notice this error with sd card when trying to view past detections) this no good because if any incidents during this time would not record! I will keep an eye on this issue, and let qvc know before guaranty runs out..

Cannot listen to Alex talking non stop to Glen - he’s the expert . Had to switch off Glen knows what he’s talking about Alex ,, please stop.

Really disappointed with Richard Jackson's new birdfood!! I filled a feeder and 3 days later it was still full while all my other feeders were almost empty or completely empty!! I will not buy any more birdfood from QVC!!

If your disabled there is no understanding. Kept my funds for some time. The TV never arrived, kept telling me another's 10 days every time I called, when I looked at the reviews everyone else had received their TV within a couple of days, I stated I had health problems and memory loss , instead of picking up the phone kept sending me letters to say my account was on hold. One operator refused to give me CEOs name, this I found difficult, I hadn't even asked for an email as I wanted to hand write the letter. Then I called and paid the instalment and thought that was the end n asked for my account to be closed, I had given her the full credit card number. That was for £12 ish . Then I got a further letter to say my account was on hold, then an arrogant Rebecca from Chief Exec Department wind's me up further saying my facts are not true. When I originally queried what had happened that waw ignored by Chief Executive, asked for a further response. Got nothing back. Breached Equalities Act 2010, I don't think they even know what that means. Wouldn't acknowledge it pompous Rebecca. They had an incorrect card number so instead of calling or asking me the one on file had changed, sent me generated letter. My disabled friend on ordered on my account as she wasn't up to gong on line. That's 2 customers that they have lost. Had been with them over 20 + years. Won't be returning. Service is so poor now, looking at these reviews I can see others feel the same. Hoping I won't be sent anymore letters. Would give them a minus but that's not an option

Used to like Kathryn Goldsmith, but tonight on the Diamonique show, she was horrendous,all the time laughing loudly, very childish, full of herself now.telling viewers personal items about herself/life-WHY do most of the presenters behave like that!!Best presenter Jilly who is never full of herself.Best guest is Patrick Hoy.

I really cannot understand why Ophelia does not speak properly 😒 using and putting the emphasis on incorrect part of a word is so annoying. For example A......mazing ,truly awful 😖

Oh watching Ruth L abd Jackie K on together- horrendous,Jackie acts like a child, silly jokes,then we have to listen to viewers messages/photos of dogs,babies, talking about their holidays, illness etc , what they are eating/drinking etc.Used to be nice with one presenter, as 2 people talk over each other, usually nothing to do with the item they should be showing.We are then told every item can be dressed up or down, then given a long lists of where we can wear the item i.e.At work, on a walk with the dog,lunch with the girls etc etc- we are not idiots.QVC used to be classy but not now.

I occasionally watch Ruth Langsfords clothing shows just to laugh myself silly at the ridiculously high prices for what is essentially a load of tat!....who in their right minds would buy any of it?

I have just received my Christmas meat hamper from Althams. I am very disappointed as it is not worth the money paid . I will now need to go out and buy extra for Christmas. This is not good in a cost of living crisis

I, after some period of time, decided to post about a presenter that I have to switch over from. Lo and behold there was already a similar comment online. Jill Franks. Please tell her to stop rambling about herself and spending time talking to people on the gallery or the floor. Its so rude and if she was presenting goods that were mine, she wastes so much time on her inane comments rather than promoting the item that I would not sell through qvcuk. I literally have to change channels. I have been a loyal customer with QVC for many years and when someone that age keeps on and on about how "girly" they are and talking completely over the other presenter all the time - its totally unprofessional.

Qvcuk is really going downhill fast. The repetition of certain items is shocking ie. Cosy home, Ruth Langsford, I could go on. Items are overpriced and the cost of postage is ridiculous. As for the presenters, Jill Frank's, Andy Peters and others are irritating and very poor at their jobs. Time to change please. I don't buy much these days as I cannot cope with poor presenters and the constant repetition of certain items. A complete overhaul is required and soon. Sorry to be so negative but these things have to be said

I bought ruth langsford sliders in pink liked them but they were not new as they had been worn they had two plaster on in side did not know until try on my hoilday not happy as paid a lot for them get your qc to look at things sent back

buyers beware that in the small print after paying the full amount on the order qvc keep your debit card details and take more money on a monthly term saying i opted for easy pay on part of the order,I dont need instalments I dont want instalments,buyers should be aware of qvc dodgy practices,the goods are overpriced and not that good of a quality,

Have had two items of Ruth Langford clothing I must say I am very disappointed. One purchase was a jumper which had a fault in it and gone a bit baggy at the bottom hadn’t worn it much also hadn’t noticed fault which was at the front until a friend said had about it, didn’t send it back as gone past the date of return. Second was black jeans they collect ever bit of fluff imaginable, now in the charity bag. won’t buy her fashion again very over priced 🙁
