2 months to rectify QVC IT Mistake, still not completed! Told on 2 occassions that an IT expert would ring in 72hrs didnt call. Itme tems ordered, paid for not delivered in time for Christmas. In the end paid all owed monies owed, and terminated 14 years as a loyal customer.

QVC just fob you off their customer services can’t be bothered to look into where your parcel might be as it is QVC that are supposed to contact the delivery services they use for the customer which is evri ! Made my order 4wks ago was told it was at the depo then received a text from QVC that could I wait for delivery for a couple of days! That was 2wks ago,rang their customer services and was told by the women that they haven’t received any info on my parcel so they will class it as lost,I can’t re order as it’s out of stock!!! Cheers QVC for your customer care updating me NOT and screwing up 2 important Christmas presents.As I can see from most reviews this is actually an on going problem think you need to sort out customer care as a whole and find another delivery service,very unimpressed ex customer!!!!

What has happened to QVC cheap prints I am sick to death of seeing animal prints,zig zags cheap patterns Kim and co are so overpriced as is most of your fashion brands over £45 for a cheap jersey with postage on top styles and fabric you could buy on a market stall celebs now into everthing from candles to fashion again overpriced more money into their bank accounts Cuddl Duds used to be OK now really awful animal prints on everything, cheap fabrics , presenters talk about buying more of the same items in different colours a disgrace we have a cost of living crises don't QVC get it ?why oh why can't QVC buyers just find plain clothes that are stylish and well priced instead of choosing overpriced brands with cheap prints going downhill fast you will not retain customer loyalty the way you are going

I like Ruth Langsford, but her QVC clothing is grossly overpriced, and the same styles can be bought for half the cost, in a high street shop.

Only wish I saw the reviews before making my purchase. Literally pulling my hair out. All blame on the courier but the courier made deliveries every day delivering purchases from other companies.. AVOID!!!

We have ordered many items from qvc it's not the goods that are the problem it's the presenters debbie flint chloe and Jill Frank's allways proffece to use every product they are talking about and then follow it up that people are multi buying it's not very good when people are struggling so much they need to start living in the real world

Alison young is an offensive ammasdor for any products she is overweight opportunistic and bad for QVC I have not brought products because of her attitude her voice is terrible and her appearance is offensive

We have bought many times from qvc but have now stopped watching as its about time some of the presenters lived in the real world they talk like everyone are millionaires allways stating people are ordering 2 or 3 of the same item as though money is endless when you're struggling with how things are you don't want it ramming down your throat what the presenters have and making out like they have everything it's not something you want to hear especially debbie flint and Jill Frank's Mrs bragger

Just received velour pyjamas from cozee home range. Very disappointed in the quality. Colour very poor, supposed to be navy, it isn't, waist band very thick elastic, bulky and tight. Sleeves too short. Everything about them nothing like shown on tv. Cheap and nasty product. Can't even be bothered to send them back,will give to charity shop instead. Last time I buy clothing from QVC, no more chances, learnt my lesson now.

Jill Franks. Why would anyone want to buy beauty products when she is presenting. She talks over people and tells us how she uses everything, however, if she uses all of the products that she claims she does then sorry Jill, you're not all that and your claw like hands put me off any hand products. Fair play though, she thinks that she's gorgeous. 😂

They are very over priced. I have Skechers trainers from M&M at half the price QVC are charging. They are so expensive compared to others and they should be regulated. And the sales team on the show omg they're so fake.

Horrendous company! Selling overpriced rubbish that falls apart in no time, they use the worst courier k own to man, they can't even register a return properly which puts lengthy delays on refunds,that's if you're lucky to get a refund! Then the customer service staff raise their voices and shout over you so you'll back down yo them,they basically don't give a damn about the customers anymore, I've been left embarrassed by this company, so thanks for nothing!

Constant late deliveries by Hermes! QVC delivery charges are very high yet the customer has to wait and wonder if their order will ever arrive. Hermes send emails late informing you that the item will arrive and it never appears. They then inform you that they will deliver the following day and it never arrives. Constant stress to the customer because QVC keep using Hermes!

I have been a QVC loyal customer for 20 years +, being a shopper for deals TSV range and also easy-payments which are affordable to manage. This year Oct/Nov 2021, my hand-bag was stolen £6,000 taken from my debit/credit cards, I had informed QVC. Also 1-payment of £22 apparently was missing- which the card which was being reviewed by Fraud dept everything to detail I kept QVC-finance department on board. Who also allowed me to still shop & make purchases during this Christmas period. Today I received a shocking email, after work. QVC will be taking me to court for £22, if I do not pay within 7-days. This type of scare mongering has to be taken seriously especially for long-term shoppers who have paid all amounts of purchases items I understand this was pending, which I have said to QVC several occasions have not worn these boots can I return costed me £127. I thought were a bargain, however now when I search items which are on QVC-channel lots of items are double the price. Each item separately postage charged. If any new customers or previous customers, please don’t buy from this shopping channel. They are totally rip-off merchants and prey on older 50+ women who remain busy and during evenings watch these channels and pay for goods well over the original price. QVC have No customer loyalty or satisfaction of their services to customers

Ordered a kitchenaid mixer as a present. It came a few days later with my name and address label stuck securely onto front of box. The kitchenaid box was not in an outer box or wrapped up. This was left on my doorstep for all to see. On coming home from work I saw this sitting on my doorstep and was disgusted at the way it left qvc. The box was battered and opened. Trying to take the secure label off the kitchenaid box tore it and was so terrible looking I immediately rang qvc to complain. They apologised and said they would replace it. I told them it was for a present and I wanted a perfect one in a perfect box and sent out inside another wrapper or box. And have a guess what came yesterday. The exact same. A kitchenaid with my name and address once again stuck onto the kitchenaid box. Again box is damaged and label was securely stuck on which trying to take off has destroyed box. Very unhappy and think qvc will not be used again here

I had a bad nightmare last night about how Donna at QVC Finance Office spoke to me, I am not one to get upset quickly, but this woman, Donna, was considerably aggressive when she said and cold-called me by telephone at my home. I would hate anyone to tell me I gave them nightmares. Donna even said, why do you buy from QVC when you complain? And I said, I do not complain about/to QVC; she tried to make me lose my temper, and it was working; they must be trained to do that; I asked Donna to send me a letter stating what she said to me on the telephone. Donna said she would send it, watch this space.

A woman named Donna (said they don't reveal their surnames) phoned me today from QVC UK and said I had removed the toothbrushes from the unit before returning. I told her I had not, and she said my account would be suspended for 28 days, so I agreed to pay £60 as I buy a lot from QVC UK and can't get out to shop due to my age and health. However, Donna said my account would still be suspended for 28 days, so I said then I wouldn't pay the £60, and she said, as you have already agreed to the payment, we will still take the money from your account. This woman upset me very much; I felt she was calling me a liar and a thief. I have been a customer of QVC UK for around 15 years and have spent fortunes with them during this time. I feel I was being catfished
