“Love qvc uk and buy a lot but really can we have young trendy presenters ! The old ones are past it now and bring the same old same old … it’s actually depressing . Pleased to see Miceal back and like Victoria and Eilidf particularly ..”

“I absolutely love QVC from presenter’s, customer service, quality I could go on and on. However, In the last couple of months presenter’s have now started to combine their selling presentations with the model’s. The presenter’s walk over to individual model’s and start pulling and touching the materials, or tweaking collars and cuff’s whilst the model’s are trying to do their job. I think it’s quite unnecessary and not needed to sell the item. I also think it comes across that the model’s look uncomfortable with this. The majority of us can use our imagination and understand that a item with elastic will stretch without having someone coming over and pulling at the model’s sleeve or waist (Ruth and Glen do this more than any of the other’s)”

“I have to agree about Ruth and the ‘jokes ‘ you do get bored with the nonsense . The clothes are dull and not very interesting .Reading a presenter’s blogs ; I wonder why this one person still wants to tell us about her life , surely we all crave privacy ,!Apart from all of this , I still rate QVC highly!”

“QVC is OK with everything except the presenters. Ruth and Jackie show I watch and buy but do NOT want to hear jokes or look at silly pictures of dogs or hear about their busts. I just want to look at the clothes. Most of the pesenters spend most of their time talking about their lives. The deliveries are very good indeed, always on time, sometimes before. Helene Berman's clothes ae overpriced. I only had to send one thing back an got an immediate refund. In general I give 4 stars.”

“I have always enjoyed QVC and bought really so many items . I find customer services pretty helpful and courteous .I do agree about some of the presenters and their private lives esp before working on QVC , being annoying . Personally I think they are there to flog the items so could the producers please advise them to stop prattling on and get on with the job in hand .The absolute worst is D F”

“Good/great products. Excellent customer service. Usually great despatch & speedy especially when using Hermes. However P&P charges are far too expensive. Would buy a lot more but this is a major concern.”

“I have shopped with qvc for many years and have always had good service . However , I was appalled at the cost of postage I was expected to pay after I put several items of clothing , all from the same fashion retailer , into my ‘ shopping basket ‘ . I was taking advantage of clearance prices and my bill totalled around £90 but qvc we’re going to add another £20+ to deliver me a few tops .. If I’d ordered from a number of different retailers , I could have better understood these charges but not all from the same fashion brand . Needless to say , I didn’t place the order as the range I chose is available via other outlets where one order requires one postage fee .. Also , the total disregard for unnecessary plastic packaging required to deliver each and every item separately is mind boggling... QVC ... do your bit for the environment and stop ripping people off with extortionate postal fees ..”

“Overall customer service is great and the product demonstrations are very informative but if they can just get their delivery costs down, have better delivery/dispatch notification and improve order tracking to the standards of most distance sellers then it would have been 5 stars.”
