2 weeks ago I received a mail from QVC UK. The mail was dated Nov 2020 (10months old). I was asked to pay for the postage and I did not knowing what was in the mail. I tried to contact them to get a reimbursement but to no avail. Its not the amount but where is their principle? Horrible customer service. Never had any good experience with them from the day i registered. Worst customer service I have ever experienced purchasing online.

Have been quite satisfied with most of my purchases in the past However, recently I purchased a cardigan from Nina Leonard because I loved the colour and the type of cardigan was the same as oneI bought over twelve years ago in Kent, England, so definitely NOT a new design. I wore it to a party, and as I was sitting down enjoying some nibbles, I looked down on my lap and there lay one of the buttons! So disappointed in the poor workmanship! As I am a keen seamstress, I was able to sew it on…I did love the colour! ! So I did not return it! Like other people who have written reviews, I cringe when I hear words such as fabrication, volumous etc but as long as they are good at their job, I will pass on vocabulary mistakes! I also hate the pronunciation of khaki as kaki..is it so hard to learn the English pronunciation ie car- However , do enjoy your programmes and they were especially uplifting during lockdown. PS what happens to goods returned after 60 days?

Every item you pay a huge amount of postage for and delivery within 3 to 5 working days it's appalling and some items are £4.95 such as Marla Wayne it amounts to a lot of postage. The offers with the postage are just too expensive so I'm making this week's orders of over £100 and nearly £20 postage my last of shopping with QVC. I feel for the pensioners who shop and get ripped off. So it's a shame but I've decided to say goodbye to this shopping channel and won't even be watching to avoid temptation.

Bought a so called Today’s Special Value (shark vacuum cleaner) for £253.95, a few days later exactly same vacuum found on shark website for £199 with free delivery. Absolute cowboys, so much for their “exclusive deal ‘

This is a company to avoid if you wish to buy a high value item. I ordered a Dyson Cordless Vaccuum Cleaner. It never arrived and I have been waiting for a refund for over 4 months. They are actually breaking the law by not refunding my money. I can prove the item did not come because I have both a doorbell with a camera and CCTV. Every time I phone up they just say I will get my money when they find out where the item is. I have had to send copies of my signature from my passport and driving licence and I was told I would get a refund within 28 days of them receiving the signatures. I received a disgraceful letter from them with a copy of the "signature" used for "delivery" of the item and suggesting that this would help me locate the item. I feel like I am under suspicion and am very upset both about the lack of refund and also about the lack of communication and customer service. I have had to resort to reporting QVC to Trading Standards and writing this negative review to try and get some assistance from them. No way to treat a loyal customer!!!!!If anyone from QVC wishes to investigate this matter the order number is 04756906.

Since cv19 everything has gone to pot! Presenters’ ignorance and poor use of English aside eg ‘fabrication’ used instead of fabric (!!!!), they used to be okay. I was always wary of their inflated postage costs, which often made a product the same, or often more expensive than elsewhere! Recently though there is NO available contact at all!! Ordered three items and only one has appeared on my account, the other two have been deleted despite order confirmations!!! I think the money was taken at the same time too!! Be very wary, they are a little naughty as they pretend to befriend the lonely but I think they prey on the elderly, disabled and lonely - at the end of the day they are just pushy sales people ESPECIALLY Debbie Flint who is more like a pushy market trader!

Items not delivered, no response from emails tel. Calls. Order details disappeared off of count details, money taken out of bank for items not ordered, think that’s enough don’t you?

Quite frankly your present Chloe was disgusting with very unnecessary remarks about Judith Finnegan. It was totally unnecessary and nothing to do with the program or the items she was selling. She was beyond rude. I have notice that this presenter butts into other people’s conversations and talks over them on previous shows and I do don’t enjoy her presentation. She is too far up herself. And for one will not be watching her when she is on QVC She may benefit form further training.

Like so many other reviews and reviewers, my recent experience with QVC and their selling partners, leaves a lot to be desired! I ordered pies to come to Northern Ireland as I have done multiple times in the past. 4 weeks passed and no sign of my delivery. I checked their site and it stated these had been sent and delivered. I contacted QVC, who stated they'd get a replacement sent. No notification from QVC, however their website stated it had been posted. Again, I gave it 2-3 weeks, but no delivery. I contacted QVC, who told me that the company don't post to Northern Ireland!! I advised them that I'd had at least half a dozen deliveries from this company. If they didn't deliver to Northern Ireland, how did the first delivery get posted, but not make it to me!!?? Why did I receive 6+ deliveries in the past!? I was offered £20 not to leave QVC when I told them I've had my fill with their recent inadequate responses and the cost of P&P and returns!! (AMAZON can post free of charge and return for little to nothing). I'm now waiting for my last Flexi pay to clear, then I'm leaving with all my data with me!! I don't want to hear from them ever again as I've had too many metaphorical slaps in the face from this company!! I'd suggest (given the reviews and average scores on this site) that QVC do a lot of soul searching and speak to their customers to try to change things around, as internet shopping is going to close them down....and their unique USP isn't going to save them!!

I ordered a ladder,( my husband has recently died and I thought it would be handy) but found I had similar already, so rung to cancel straight away, they said it was too late to cancel so I should refuse delivery of the item. I asked my neighbours not to accept a parcel in case I was out. Turns out I was in when they tried to deliver so I refused to accept parcel. I later found they had take first payment and were going to take second payment, I rung and told them I had refused item. QVC said it had been delivered and signed for. I have tried ringing Hermes and you cannot contact them. This is the last thing I will buy from QVC, I have been a really good customer over the years but never again.

Once QVC have your money they are no longer interested in you as a customer, their customer service/customer care is appalling. I have emailed numerous times, received the odd email requesting further information, once I provide the information I am ignored yet again. I have also provided proof of return, yet no response. Why do you not care about your customers?

Ordered two 7 piece Decleor gift sets, took over four weeks to arrive, after many phone calls they located the original order, it had been out of stock but they then delayed releasing the order, when they eventually arrived the gift box was flat packed, the seven beauty items where rolled up in a bunch in corrugated brown paper, no nice packaging included or not even a Deceleor leaflet so the recipient of the gift would now what to do with each product, I thought the gifts look cheap with no packaging, who wants to receive a gift box with the items just dumped in the box, nothing in to help you arrange them to add value . I wish I had paid more and gone to a department store at least the staff would have made the effort to showcase the items, I wonder if Decleor know how poorly their products are displayed. I have called QVC they said they would send out a leaflet but nothing has come, I am truly gutted, so near to Christmas and no time to go out and get something else. It is true you only get what you pay for. I will definitely never use QVC again and will make sure I tell friends and my customers how dreadful my experience was with QVC. rubbish complete rubbish
