order 200£ order nearly moth ago and got delivered nothing, paid nearly 10£ for the delivery and they use the cheapest Hermes service which cost them maybe 2£ to ship - ridiculous! No wonder parcel is probably in drivers family now.... customer service takes weeks to reply, and reply is basic "we send this to relevant department" and no answer. Also no VAT invoice provided with the order. First time used them and 100% this will be the last one!! no phone number where to call as well - website is made with FOQ but no number or live chat available - such a big company acting as a little player...
