I never have a problem with QVC.
Just one call to customer service and they always sort it out.
I don't understand why people give them s bad review and keep items that are of no use to them. You now have 60, days to return an item.
I am disabled and they always send for a collection from my home.
Yes o agree that the postage on some items are a bit over the top bit don't buy if you don't like it.
