Took 2 months to respond to complaint I raised and when they did respond was to ask me for information I had already provided. 5 months later is still not being resolved and are being utterly unreasonable. Take from poor to give to the rich. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and should be ashamed. Do not buy any furniture from these guys and expect the fault to be corrected. Beds are flimsy and inadequate for purpose.
