Experienced terrible customer service. Order a product which I then had to cancel in less than 24 hours. Terrible online chat function - poor customer service skills. Ride and unhelpful. Was told the product was cancelled and I. You’d be notified in 24 hours of refund. Product was delivered erroneously. Contacted to ask for it to be returned. Told to contact supplier! No help at all - avoid at all costs!
