Received a faulty office chair. Been trying to get a refund for weeks but they insist on a video to prove when it RANDOMLY lowers itself and clunks! Am I supposed to film myself sat on it all day to prove this? They’re making it really difficult and they know I need this returned ASAP. Also, I apparently agree to the T&Cs of the supplier rather than the retailer despite not being given any of the supplier details??? Definitely won’t be using them again.
