I ordered a grey blanket box.
I was given a delivery date. I took the day of work waited in.
No delivery.
I tried contacting Robert Dyas to no avail.
2 weeks later I finally spoke to a customer service advisor. Quite rude and unhelpful. Could not give me a new delivery date.
Offered me £10 compensation. Which I refused as felt it was an insult. Doesn't even come near what I lost in wages time contacting them.
I cancelled the order.
No apologies. Poor customer service
