Bosch garden vacuum delivered very speedily but was faulty, contacted customer services received an acknowledgment and then a date for collection. Waited all day no collection!
Reported this, was given another date, once again no collection.
Reported again, I was told it would be reported to the warehouse, 10 days have passed, nothing heard!
I have now taken the Vacuum back to the nearest shop a round trip of 50 miles!
The staff in the shop were apologetic and refunded us £89.99 that we had paid.
Would steer clear of this company.
