Cancelled item by phone and advised to refuse the delivery. Did that, 3 days later delivered and left on my step. Just managed to stop thr driver and refused delivery. Rang customer services and told they would contact factory.A week later rand, they had no tickets or note of my calls. Got refund through. PayPal. Second time I have had to pursue refund
