Terrible terrible terrible service. You pay for postage even though your product is expensive. They give you more than one date for delivery which means you missChristmas. Then they miss the latest date they give you. Final insult- they send an email to ask how they did. I dread to think but I imagine they are going to tell me it has been delivered (sigh!).
