I have just had two garden chairs delivered and on the cushion of one there is a white sticky mark. I have e-mailed your customer services and there answer was we will get
back to you in 72 hours which means I cannot use the chair I paid for until they decide to get back to me. I have used Robert Dyas many times but their service is unacceptable.
