I have placed three orders from Robert Dyas during the past year. I am very happy with the company overall and from my experiences, I would definitely recommend them. Communication about delivery is very efficient, prices are competitive and customer service has been excellent. My most recent order contained various food containers, two of which were unfortunately damaged. An e-mail with attached photographs to customer services resulted in a telephone call from them within 48 hours and the issue resolved to my satisfaction.
