We bought a stove fan which was faulty. It worked for one minute and then stopped.
We asked to return it and was told we had to send a video of it on top of our lit stove. This was sent. Apparently this video could not be opened. We then were asked to send photos.
We explained we wanted a refund for our faulty stove fan. Robert Dyas referred us to UK Stoves . No refund from Robert Dyas. Appalling service. We were trying to support British industry instead of buying through Amazon. What a mistake!
